Even though the summer sun is bright, you may have to concentrate to discover all the figures and details of In Full Sunlight, including his beloved model Kathleen Newton sitting on our left and the children. Plus note the elegant garden in the background with its spacious path, occupied by s strolling cat. Although from France, James Tissot spent several years in London, creating popular scenes of attractive, stylishly dressed young women engaged in a variety of social activities.
